IMPORTANT NOTE : When designing your audiology room,
 there are a number of factors to take in to account.
1) Size of the test room you want,
does it match your testing requirements.
2) Will the room it will be installed into
accomodate the size ( Including height).
3) Is there enough room for installation purposes.
4) Access to the room for installation
 ( stairs, elevators, entrances).
5) Door swing (left or right)
6) Window placement.
7) Door ramp ( lenght of the ramp).
8) SHIPPING charges are typically high because
of the size and weight. They are typically quoted
 at the time the order is placed .
9) NEVER assume anything, if in doubt contact
your supplier for more information. 
10) Most suppliers quote the installation cost
seperately, remember to get a written quote for installation

Common Problems associated with sound rooms :

The most common problem with Sound rooms is in the Jack Panel (Connection panel). Keeping the jacks in the booth clean and free of dirt will solve most of your problems. Cleaning the patch cords will help as well. Typical problems will be scratchy sounds in the headphones or "Static". Have your service provider use a good contact cleaner to clean all your jacks, when they are in for your annual calibration.

Make sure the jacks are not lose on the patch panel.

Door seals will corrode after a while and should be replaced when nessesary.
