This resourse area is to help users problem solve common problems typically found in the industry.
It is not intended to be a replacement for proffesional technical help , but rather a set of guide lines you can do before contacting your service provider.

1) Check to make sure amplifier, reciever and  transmitter are all plugged in AND turned on. (Check lights  to confirm this)
2)Have the batteries in the transmitter been charged?
3)Check the microphone is working. Either switch it out with known good mic from another system, or test the mic on a known good system.
4)Check volume controls on the amplifier are set correctly.?
5)Check all cables are plugged in securley and no cables have been damaged.
6)With FM systems make sure the transmitter and reciever are correctly matched ( The transmitter and reciever have been preset by the factory and cannot be mixed and matched.)
7) With IR systems make sure nothing is blocking or covering the transmitter LEDs. (Small lights on the transmitter). Check nothing is covering the IR reciever. ( Small black box typically mounted on a wall or ceiling.)
