Common Problems:

The most common problem with Sound rooms is in the Jack Panel (Connection panel). Keeping the jacks in the booth clean and free of dirt will solve most of your problems. Cleaning the patch cords will help as well. Typical problems will be scratchy sounds in the headphones or "Static". Have your service provider use a good contact cleaner to clean all your jacks, when they are in for your annual calibration.

Make sure the jacks are not lose on the patch panel.

Door seals will corrode after a while and should be replaced when nessesary.
